Arthritis Alliance of Canada

The Arthritis Alliance of Canada, formerly the Alliance for the Canadian Arthritis Program (ACAP), was formed in 2002. Its goal is to improve the lives of Canadians with arthritis. With more than 36 member organizations, the Arthritis Alliance brings together arthritis health care professionals, researchers, funding agencies, governments, voluntary sector agencies, industry and, most importantly, representatives from arthritis consumer organizations from across Canada. While each member organization continues its own work, the Alliance provides a central focus for national arthritis-related initiatives.

Québec Medical Association

The QMA is involved in the main issues affecting the health care system in Québec and the future of the medical profession in order to improve the practice of medicine for the benefit of the population. It plays a key role in the adoption of new ways of doing things and raising awareness of the situation in Québec outside the province. A partner of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) and MD Financial Management, the QMA constitutes the official corporate link to the medical profession in Canada and offers products and services adapted to physicians.

Canadian Spondylitis Association

The Canadian Spondylitis Association’s mission is to be the leader in Canada providing support, education and advocacy for the Spondyloarthritis patient community. Regroupement québécois des maladies orphelines

The Regroupement québécois des maladies orphelines (Quebec Orphan Diseases Association; RQMO) brings together over twenty rare disease associations; individuals affected by these diseases; and caregivers. The main service offered by the RQMO is their Information and Resource Centre on Rare Diseases where anyone can access – on demand – reliable, official, and up-to-date information about any rare disease. The RQMO also shares general information about rare diseases.
